This Ministerial Decision, implementing article 38 paragraph 4 of the Forest Management Act, establishes conditions for granting of a permit for incidental timber harvesting, in order to enable small entrepreneurs who carry out forest exploitation on a modest scale and possess only limited production capacity to engage in timber harvesting in a simpler and less time-consuming form. The Decision concerns: requirements for issuance of permits; permits for cleared forests; application procedure; conditions for permit for incidental timber harvesting and the construction of infrastructure; permit for incidental timber harvesting felling plan; withdrawal of permits.
