These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2012 (2012/R-27). Section 3 of the Regulations relating to enforcement is amended. Further, various sub-sections of section 6 relating to project planning and environmental management plan are amended. Section 10 is deleted. Section 11 relating to assessment of EIA report is amended. Sections 13 and 14 are amended. Section 15 is amended which provides for appeal. Section 16 relating to registration of environment consultants is amended. Further, sections 17, 18, 19 and 20 are amended. Certain schedules to the Regulations are also amended.
