5th Amendment to Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2012 (Regulation No. 2018/R-131).

These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2012 (2012/R-27). A sub-section of section 4 of the Regulations is repealed. Section 13 and the Schedule to the Regulations are amended.
