These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2012 (2012/R-27). Sub-section of section 5 relating to enforcement of the Regulations is amended. Schedule to the Regulations containing list of activities and projects that require an environment impact assessment report is amended. Further, Schedule to the Regulations which contain the list of activities that do not require an environment impact assessment report is also amended.
