This Regulation requires plant protection products to be labelled in both physical and digital formats, with both labels containing the same information and reflecting the relevant authorisation granted under Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009. Limited exceptions allow digital labels to be updated during a grace period following an authorisation amendment. The Regulation also permits the use of fold-out labels and, for small packages, accompanying leaflets forming part of the physical label. Authorisation or permit holders may include additional information provided it remains consistent with the authorised product conditions. Digital labels must be freely accessible without the need for an account, and all labels must contain the product identification and conditions of use specified in Annex I.
