This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles regarding the opening of health centers that provide preventive, developmental, supportive and rehabilitative services aimed at encouraging individuals to adopt a healthy lifestyle, as well as practices that improve quality of life. It sets out the physical and technical requirements for these centers, the personnel standards, their activities and supervision. The scope of the services include services for improving the physical, mental, and social well-being of individuals, such as nutrition.
