This Ministerial Regulation establishes licensing procedures under the Forest Act B.E. 2484 (1941). It covers mining, petroleum activities, residence, agriculture, afforestation, forest plantations, recreation, wildlife breeding, religious premises, research and government uses. The Regulation specifies applicant qualifications, forest inspections, site eligibility, permit durations and applicable area limits. Sites generally must exclude intact forests and areas requiring wildlife habitat protection. Required environmental impact assessments must be considered before authorization.
