This amendment to the Animal Disease Control Cooperation Act of 1947 authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to produce and sell sterile screw worms. The Secretary determines appropriate terms of sale. Different methods for deposit of proceeds are provided for independent and cooperative sales.
