The Decree allows commercial fishing only with the equipment established in article 1. With regard to sport fishing, it prohibits the use of any equipment. The Decree states also the maximum allowable catch for commercial and sport fishing: respectively, 1000 and 50 specimens per day. The minimum size is established at 7 cm., thorns included. Commercial and sport fishing are prohibited in May and June.
