This Decree regulates the collection of data and scientific materials by foreign entities. It consists of 17 articles establishing the requirements to be met in order to obtain an authorization for performing the aforementioned activity with scientific purposes. It also lays down duration and conditions of such authorization granted by Ibama as well as sanctions for offenders.
