This Order prohibits fishing activity between 'Cais do Valão' and 'São Pedro de Aldeia' in the State of Rio de Janeiro. It consists of 3 articles prohibiting fishing activity within a 1500 meters from the coastline. It prescribes controls to be carried out by Sudepe services and lays down sanctions to be paid by offenders, in compliance with article 56 of Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967.
