This Order regulates fishing activity within the State of Pará. This Order consists of 5 articles prohibiting certain fishing methods to be used within regional areas of the aforementioned State and establishing the requirements for using authorized fishing gear (minimum net mesh, maximum net extension, etc.). It establishes sanctions to be paid by offenders in compliance with articles 56 and 71 of Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967.
