Supplemental Decree relative to State controlled production of propagation materials of vegetable plants (No. 621 of 1988).

This Decree applies to seeds and nursery materials of horticultural plants. The species propagated shall be approved by the State Plant Breeding Council. The State Agricultural Supervision Agency (STIL) shall be responsible for approval and control of production. Control is to be carried out in accordance with provisions of section 3. The institutions involved in plant breeding shall keep a register on breeding activities. (9 sections)
