This Decree transfers the National Program for the Improvement of Sugar Cane (PLANALSUCAR) from the Ministry of Industry to the Ministry of Agriculture. It consists of 4 articles establishing that competent Ministry for the improvement of sugar cane production shall be under the aforementioned authority.
