Sections 67C (1)(e), 67D (1) (b); (ii) (B); 67D (1) (b) (ix); 67K (5); 67K; 67M; 67T (b); 67V of the principal Act (as inserted by section 3 of the Forests Amendment Act 1993) are amended by this Act.
