Section 2 enumerates the offences against birds listed in Schedule A. Section 4 declares a closed season for the hunting of birds specified in Schedule B. The remaining sections concern onus of proof, procedures of complaints for any offence, offences on sea, authorizations for scientific purposes, and variation of seasons by the Administrator.
