The Parties hereby agree on a maritime boundary between the two countries in the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific. Article I contains co-ordinates of points which form a boundary line. Other provisions of this Agreement deal with collaboration between the Parties in the field of conservation of marine resources, marine pollution, navigation, etc. and declare various principles of mutual respect.
