Legislative Decree No. 360 implementing Directives 96/24/EC, 96/25/EC, 98/67/EC, 98/87/EC and article 19 of Directive 95/69/EC, concerning the marketing of feed materials.

The term "straight feedingstuffs", referred to in Act No. 281 of 15 February 1963, Presidential Decree No. 228 of 1 March 1992, Legislative Decree No. 90 of 3 March 1993 and Legislative Decree No. 45 of 27 March 1997, is replaced by the term "feed materials". Act No. 281 of 1963 is hereby amended as follows: article 2, article 11 and the Annexes are replaced. Article 8 of Legislative Decree No. 45 of 1997 is replaced.
