Council Regulation (EC) No. 1756/2002 amending Directive 70/524/EEC concerning additives in feedingstuffs as regards withdrawal of the authorisation of an additive and amending Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2430/1999.

Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2430/1999 is hereby amended as follows: in Annex I the entry relating to the additive E 769, Nifursol, shall be deleted; in Chapter II the entry relating to Nifursol, a substance belonging to the group of coccidiostats and other medicinal substances, shall be deleted.
