Commission Directive 2001/99/EC amending Annex I to Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market to include glyphosate and thifensulfuron-methyl as active substances.

The entries referred to in the Annex to this Directive shall be inserted at the end of the table in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC. Therefore the substances indicated in the Annex hereto are included in the list of active substances of Directive 91/414/EEC.
