This Regional Legislative Decree approves the Regional Secretariat of Forestry (DRF). The Statute of the forestry institution consists of 4 chapters establishing composition, competencies and duties of the aforementioned institution. The aim of this Secretariat are: to promote the inforcement of the Regional Government Policy on forestry; to adopt the necessary measures for the conservation and development of forestry resources; to implement the necessary measures in order to prevent fires; etc.
