Commission Directive 2003/78/EC laying down the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of patulin in foodstuffs.

The sampling for the official control of the levels of patulin in foodstuffs is to be carried out in accordance with the methods fully described in Annex I to this Directive. Further, Annex II describes the sample preparation and methods of analyses to be followed.
