Conservation Amendment Act 2001 (No. 59 of 2001).

Section 2(1) of the principal Act is amended by: (a) omitting from the definition of "conservation management plan" the words "section 48 of the National Parks Act 1980," and: (b) repealing the definition of "management plan".
