Commission Directive 2004/20/EC amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include chlorpropham as an active substance.

Annex I to Directive 91/414/EC, which establishes the active substances which are authorized for incorporation in plant protection products, is amended according to the Annex attached to this Directive. The latter describes the conditions under which the active substance chlorphopram may be used in plant protection products.
