These regulations lay down the minimum measures to be applied in order to control carnation leaf rollers and to prevent them from spreading. Carnations shall not be put into circulation unless they are not contaminated by carnation leaf rollers. If carnation cultures are contaminated, they shall be treated as established by regulation 4.
