This Regulation implements the Seeds Act 1982 by providing specifications on the sale of certain seeds (Part 2), prohibited matter (sect. 8), prohibited seeds (sect. 9) and on the labelling of seed parcels (sect. 10). The Regulation is completed by the following schedules: Declared weeds and Prohibited seeds.
