Protective Measures against the Introduction into European Community of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products Regulations, 2004 (L.N. 477 of 2004).

These Regulations have been adopted with a view to implementing Directive 2004/31/EC, which lays down particular amendments to Annexes I, II, III, IV and V to Directive 2000/29/EC as regards protective measures against the introduction and spread within the Community of certain organisms harmful to plant or plant products.
