This text transfers to the Prefects the power of approving environmental terms of certain activities falling under the First (A’) category of work and activities according to the provisions of article 4 of Law No. 1650/1986 and Ministerial Joint Decision 69269/5387/1990. The division of such activities is included to the present Decision in the attached Annex which constitutes integral part of the text.
