Regulation on the scope and procedure for water management planning on basin areas and conditions for the use of waters from water region (Journal of Laws 2004 No. 126 Pos. 1318).

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of 12 Paragraphs and two Annexes. The Regulation specifies the detailed scope and procedure for preparing: water management plans in basin areas (Paragraphs 3-8); conditions for the use of waters from water region (Paragraphs 9 and 10). Annex 1 describes methodology of basin state analysis. Annex 2 describes methodology of determining environmental aims.
