Commission Decision 2005/760/EC concerning certain protection measures in relation to highly pathogenic avian influenza in certain third countries for the import of captive birds.

With a view to preventing the outbreak and spread of avian influenza within the European Community, the present Decision establishes protective measures with respect to the importation from certain third countries (those mentioned in the Annex) of captive birds.
