These Rules regulate certain procedural matters of an appeal from a decision or order of the Principal Registrar with the High Court. They concern notices of an appeal to the Principal Registrar and the applicant and notice of decision of the Court to the Principal Registrar. The Principal Registrar shall furnish the Court with a written statement of the reasons for his or her decision that is the subject of appeal.
