The State hunting authorization (Annex 1 contains the form thereof) shall be valid on the national territory. An application shall be filed in accordance with the Annex 2 to the Forest Management Body. Applicants shall pass a special hunting examination ascertaining safe hunting practices and safe firearms handling, expertise of wild animals and birds, dog breeding etc. The state hunting authorization shall be issued for the period of ten years and shall be subject to substitution after the expiry date.
