The Premier decrees to establish that skins of the bagged marketable fur-bearing game - beaver, musk-rat, weasel, mink, polecat, otter, ermine, squirrel, fox and raccoon dog shall be subject to compulsory delivery to the state. The fell without the State registration stamp shall not be accepted by the State procurement organizations for further processing.
