The purpose of the present Act is to ensure the establishments of Watershed Associations. According to section 3, any two or more agencies may apply to the Minister for the establishment of a watershed association setting forth: a) the objects for which the association is to be established; b) the nature of the interests of the agencies; and c) particulars of investments made by the agencies. The Act consists of 32 sections.
