Regulation on the production and processing of non-plastic materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs (Journal of Laws No. 145 of 2004, Pos. 1544).

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 11 articles and five Annexes, establishes: the list of substances which can be used for producing and processing non plastic materials intended to come into contact with food; permitted limits of migration of substances or other restrictions and specifications for substances, materials and products; methods of testing conformity of materials and products with specified levels.
