Act No. 262/2000 amending Energy Act (No. 458/2000).
In section 14 subsection 3 of Energy Act (No. 458/2000) the first sentence shall read as follows: “Licence holders under subsection 2 shall pay a contribution of CZK 50,000,000 to the Fund for the first time in 2002.”
