Under subsection 14(2) of the Mines and Minerals Act, the Minister hereby re-opens for prospecting and for staking out and for lease: a) all mineral rights, the property of the Crown within the area of the lands described in Schedule A; b) all sand and gravel rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule B; c) all mineral rights, that have been reserved to theCrown, to recover sand, gravel, peat, clay, any building stone within the area of the lands described in Schedule C.
