The present Order lays down provisions relating to the registration of potato growers. In particular, section 1 establishes that no person shall engage in the production or in the marketing of the regulated product in Manitoba unless such person is registered with the Board as a producer. The text consists of 8 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Registration of producers (I); Registration of processors (II); General (III).
