This Ministerial Decree establishes common rules for ensuring of forest fire safety in the process of forest management, conservation, protection and reproduction, and also during stay of citizens in the forests. It shall be compulsory for the state executive bodies, local self-government, legal and natural persons. Forest fire safety arrangements shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) construction of forest fire prevention facilities; (b) creation of forest fire extinguishing systems; (c) forest fire monitoring; (d) elaboration of forest fire extinguishment plans; (e) forest fire extinguishment; and (f) other forest fire safety arrangements.
