This Act establishes an Agriculture Equipment Service Revolving Fund Program to be administered by the Division of Agriculture, Department of Lands and Natural Resources. All sums collected from agriculture equipment services provided by the Division of Agriculture of the Department of Lands and Natural Resources shall be deposited into a Special Agriculture Equipment Service Revolving Fund Account which shall be established under this Act for each Senatorial District.
