The present Ordinance is applicable to waters listed in Annex 1. It does not apply to waters in natural or artificial basins used for intensive fish breeding. The text deals with the following issues: water quality requirement, use of waters, monitoring and entry into force. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles and 1 Annex.
