Decree No. 78/2003 amending the Decree implementing the Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products.

In compliance with relevant European Community legislation, this Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down provisions concerning the production of tea, coffee extracts and chicory extracts, as well as provisions concerning their marketing. Particular quality and labelling requirements are set out.
