The text consists of 62 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Public forests of the Land Hessen (II); Corporate forests (III); Private forests (IV); Forest authorities and forest committees (V); Forest surveillance (VI); Implementation and final provisions (VII).
