The present Ordinance implements the Nordrhein-Westfalen Fishery Law of 22 June 1994. Annex 1 of the Ordinance lists waters or water systems having special ecological fishery importance, which requires entitled persons to establish fostering plans. Form and minimum contents of such plans are contained in Annex 2. The text consists of 3 articles.
