Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 3182 of 2007).

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes Regulations 2005 in provisions concerning interpretations, calculation of the farmer’s reference amount in relation to sugar beet, additional funding, voluntary modulation pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No. 378/2007 and payments from sugar funding.
