Controls on Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 3438 of 2007).

These Regulations amend the Controls on Dangerous Substances and Preparations Regulations 2006 by substituting a new Schedule 1 to those Regulations. That Schedule is amended in relation to arsenic compounds to give effect to Community legislation on use of dangerous substances.
