This Regional Legislative Decree is composed of three Chapters divided in 28 articles. It provides the basic legal regime for rural development in Azores region. Particular attention is paid to the regulation of agricultural enterprise organizations, to the protection and valorization of natural resources as well as to the modernization of agricultural structures.
