The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance of 9 December 1996 implementing the Forest Law. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 45 establishing that the cantonal authority agrees with the competent federal authority a perennial programme concerning forests; and article 46 dealing with authorization of projects.
