The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Law of 7 May 2002. The Agriculture Office is the competent authority for all maters concerning agriculture in the Canton Sankt Gallen. The text consists of 54 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Production and marketing (II); Viticulture (III); Improvement of structures (IV); Agricultural lease (V); Compensation payments (VI); Final provisions (VII).
