Fisheries Administrative Order No. 184 prescribing guidelines on the experimental collection of precious and semi-precious corals of the Philippine waters.

This Administrative Order prescribes guidelines in order to apply for special permits for the experimental collection, gathering or harvesting of precious and semi-precious corals. The Order sets out requirements for filing an application for a special permit and for terms and conditions of the permit. The Order further provides for: methods of collection; volume of corals that may be gathered; inventory of corals collected; penalties; etc.
